Pope Paul VI - for whom would he be a patron saint?

Active sodomites.
Cracked me up! Very good observation.

Infallibility prohibits this from happening. So, dear R&R people enjoy the fruits of your theological schizophrenia. If Francis is pope, Paul VI is already a Blessed in heaven. Going back to the Novus Ordo is the only logical option open to you.
Not only Paul VI, but John XXIII, and JPII are also declared saints.

For upwards of 700 years just two popes were declared saints, Pius V and Pius X. During the time the faith was spread all over the world.

The Vatican II church is well on the way to declaring  every Vatican II pope a saint. During its 60 year existence they caused 80% of Catholics to fall away from the faith and the rest they have fooled to go to a false religion, the counterfeit VatII church.

If Newchurch "canonizes" a person who is actually a saint in the Eyes of God, I wonder if the material process makes the canonization legitimate, valid?

This question is not a defense of Paul VI. I don't think he is a saint, nor is JPII...

No, canonization is part of the teaching authority (not merely a legal thing) ... which is why it is said to be infallible.

Plus, how would you sort out after the fact which were legit and which weren't?

Yes, Meg and PG have been making vile accusations against St. Louis de Montfort.  e.g.

That's pretty much a direct denial of the infallibility of pre-Vatican II canonizations.  PG in particular looks like a Protestant fifth columnist to me.

I personally think that PG should be banned for his comments; indeed they are vile.  I don't recall having seen Meg's in relation to St. Louis.

I agree regarding the infallibility of canonizations, but it doesn't extent to beatifications.
