  • "No people deserve to be treated as He treated the Jєωs. It is from the Jєωs that our salvation has come. The Catholic Church still considers them God's chosen people. You have been reading the wrong sources; sources that are diametrically opposed to your Catholic faith."

  • Woah!

     :stare:

Not even looking at the thread or anything, this guy, whoever it is, is accusing Our Lord of having committed a fault.

That's not just heresy, that's blasphemy!
    Matthew 5:37

But let your speech be yea, yea: no, no: and that which is over and above these, is of evil.

  • Our Lord is ALL Just!

     :really-mad2:

How DARE, whoever that is, they say that?!

Name one thing that Our Lord did that was unjust to the Jєωs! He was the KING of the Jєωs!

     :scared2:

I would not want to be this guy.... I really hope he renounces his blasphemy.

Wow, this guy needs some serious prayers.

  • God forbids the hatred of any race, most especially that race from which he chose to enter into time and become incarnate.  It's important to make the distinction of those that are ethnically Jєωιѕн from those that are religiously Jєωιѕн.  With the establishment of the new and everlasting covenant, all those that were of the Catholic faith become part of the chosen people, where the Apostle says "there is neither Gentile nor Jєω, circuмcision nor uncircuмcision, Barbarian nor Scythian, bond nor free. But Christ is all, and in all".  тαℓмυdic Judaism bears little resemblance to pre-Christian Judaism; it displays a profound lack of respect for the human life of non-Jєωs and a vitriolic hatred of Christianity second to none.  It is a false religion and God despises all false religions.

  • It is manifestly heretical and an act of apostasy to say that the Jєωs are still God's people. Only someone of little/no faith could utter such a thing in good conscience.
For those who I have unjustly offended, please forgive me. Please disregard my posts where I lacked charity and you will see that I am actually a very nice person. Disregard my opinions on "NFP", "Baptism of Desire/Blood" and the changes made to the sacra

At cathinfo there was one openly Jєωιѕн person who was advertising chadlubavitch in their sig interrupting threads with Jєωιѕн apologetics. I thought they had a rule there that non-Catholics could not prosletyze but they let this chosen one.

Then you have the JIDF and other sayanim,  of course. They are on all the political right wing and Christian webforums. Maybe participating legitimately but since most Jєωs are democrats, they are likely to be spying. As is their forte.
We've got two coming back from Iran. Hoorah.

  • Yeah, not only is that heresy. It's beyond heresy, it's blasphemous. Whoever wrote that is an idiot. But it's really not surprising coming from (un)Catholic Answers.
Please ignore ALL of my posts. I was naive during my time posting on this forum and didn’t know any better. I retract and deeply regret any and all uncharitable or erroneous statements I ever made here.

  • I am a former Jєω, and I cannot imagine saying such a thing now. I detest Jєωs who maintain their beliefs in Judaism today and they are in need of many prayers for conversion.

Conversion of Jєωs will bring about Christ's Kingdom on earth. Think about all the Fɾҽҽmαsσɳɾყ, all the cultural Jєωs in existence today, the domination of Jєωs in Hollywood, banks, government, etc etc........ imagine if all the Jєωs (cultural or actual) converted to the true Faith (---> traditional Catholicism, as I did).  What an amazing about-face mankind would take on this little sorrowful planet.

Although he uses a capital H, I really don't think he is talking about Our Lord's treatment of the Jєωs.

    He's talking about Hitler.

In response to the question, "Wasn't Hitler trying to save mankind from hell?", the CAF poster answered:

    Quote
No, he is not a hero. We can't EVER put genocide aside. What in heaven's name are you thinking? Hitler was diabolical. It has been docuмented that once when he was giving one of his tirades, a priest in the audience read the prayers of exorcism for him and he suddenly collapsed and couldn't finish the speech. Hitler saw the Arian race as superior and wanted to crush all others. This is not an example of spreading love to all peoples. No people deserve to be treated as He treated the Jєωs. It is from the Jєωs that our salvation has come. The Catholic Church still considers them God's chosen people. Yes, all that stuff about the chosen people is nonsense, but I am sure he was not saying that no one deserves to be treated as Our Lord treated the Jєωs. That capital H in "He"  must surely be a mistake. I mean, look at the context!

No, he is not a hero. We can't EVER put genocide aside. What in heaven's name are you thinking? Hitler was diabolical. Why would you start this topic by deleting the context of the quote?  The priest is correct is part, he is wrong in part.  But one should never take quotations out of context in this way.  Clearly, given the replies, people trusted you.  Indeed, I also thought we were talking blasphemy against Christ given the capitalized 'He'.  What, precisely were you asking?

I didn't realize I was taking anything out of context. Lazy copy/paste if anything.

I was asking if the statement was heresy.
