I've seen in TV that in some places of Russia, the cult of personality remained. I've seen that they're treating Stalin as a saint. Also, I've read that in some places of Russia, it is still customary to give boys the name Stalin.
Is Russia actually unconsecrated? Asides from the remainder of the Communism and the deification of a leader, there are many sects and cults thriving in Russia.

Short answer to your question: Yes. Russia has not been consecrated as requested by our Blessed Mother. In fact, the "errors of Russia" are now being spread throughout the earth by the Conciliar church itself. The current situation is truly diabolical.

Russia has never been consecrated by the pope in union with all of the bishops, which is what Sister Lucia was asked by the Blessed Mother.

I believe that the consecration was attempted twice, but not done properly. I think once by Pope Pius XII and once by Jon Paul II. Am I correct or am I mistaken?

There is zero need to indict Pius XII for dereliction of duty re: Fatima. U Marian idolators who apparently deny the Primacy of a real Pope( not an anti-pope like JP2) are a bunch of heretics & idiots who seem to think u know better than the Pope.

From what I remember, it was said by Our Mommy that the Consecration WILL be done, but it will be too late.

But in the end, Her Immaculate Heart will triumph!!

In Bishop Williamson's latest video from the Post Falls conference, he stressed the importance of the Five First Saturdays. We should heed his advice!!

PS...if the Consecration WAS done, we would have peace right now...

Look around you...does it look like there is a prevailing peace in the world and the Church? The answer is a resounding NO!!!
