If you look at their teaching, Wojtyla and Ratzinger were actually far worse with heresies on dogmatic thoelogy than Jorge ... but held the line on moral theology.  Jorge has gone after moral theology, which his why he's perceived as a greater heretic than the other two, but he's just taking the next logical step.
