Do you see any sedeprivationists here? Who cares about the practical consequences of a theory we don't maintain? It is totally outweighed by cuм Ex Apostolatus, which states that these "Popes," heretics before election, have no office whatsoever.
The Cassiciacuм Thesis might pertain to Pius XII after he taught NFP. It might even protect the likes of John XXIII and Paul VI, depending on how much proof there is that they were heretics before election. But it has nothing to do with JPI, JPII or Benedict XVI, who, by going along with VII before and after election, never had the office according to cuм Ex.
