Yes, but they are still extremists.
Jesus Christ was an extremist. And so was His mother, the Blessed Virgin Mary.
St. John the Baptist was about as extreme of an extremist as you can get.
All the 12 Apostles were extremists. Also, St. Paul -- talk about extremist!
St. Pius X was an extremist. So was Pope St. Pius V.
St. John Vianney was an extremist, and so too St. John Bosco and St. Alphonsus
de Liguori. St. Louis-Marie Grignion de Montfort was an extremist. And St.
Maximilian Kolbe was likewise: an
extremist! In fact, every saint in the history of the Church was an extremist.
So, what's wrong with being an extremist?
