Imagine?  Imagine what!?  We have prophecy and bible.  Try Chapter 12 of Daniel.  Cardinal Manning wrote on the tribulations like with world has never seen.  this is not the end of time.  This is latter times.  Mass will end for 3 and half years.

Well, they should have just had one of the Eagles carry Frodo all the way to Mordor, and then drop him in with the ring.

Fantastic.  Thanks.  His response, "Shut up!"  :laugh1:

This demonstrates that it was just because it would not have allowed for the story to play out as it did.

Perhaps the OP isn't familiar with Bible prophecy.

Solution to the Crisis: Gods will being done

Nothing can be done without Gods Grace. However, we can do some prudent actions of course to help bring about a restoration of faith.

I think it all begins within the trad movement, the traditionalist camp must clean itself up. A couple things that must happen:

1. the trad clans need to not “unite” under one leadership structure but need to just stop dividing eachother. No useless bickering. We need more friendly relations between the groups.

2. We just draw a line in the sand about principles that are in line with tradition / not in line. Stop tolerating people going to the diocesan mass, and indult.

3. Shout from the rooftops the errors of Vatican II, and the doubtfulness of new sacraments. So many now a-days are “traditionalist” simply in the sense that they are politically conservative and prefer the Tridentine mass. We need to Catechize much better and teach theology to those who claim to be Catholic. Many have lost sight of the true errors and I cannot even begin to count how many times I’ve encountered people that think JPII and Benedict are Hero’s and that Francis started this mess.

Eventually (as the trends grow) the traditionalist movement will outnumber the modernists but we need to work harder on educating those stuck in the NO.
