Hi

A new rite cannot be promulgated licitly. The church has received and approved rites. New rites are neither received nor approved.

Quote from: Council of Trent, Session VII, On the Sacraments, Canon 13
If anyone says that the received and approved rites of the Catholic Church, accustomed to be used in the administration of the sacraments, may be despised or omitted by the ministers without sin and at their pleasure, or may be changed by any pastor of the churches, whomsoever, to other new ones, let him be anathema.

To say that Paul VI (or whoever else) licitly promulgated new rites is to say that there is a pastor of the churches who may change the received and approved rites of the Catholic Church. But to say this is to utter heresy.

Was the NO promulgated licitly? It is not called by Rome as a newRite but a New Order.

From what I have heard from an IBP priest as well as what I have read from dependable sources, there seems to be doubt.

You do not seem to like the quote. There is no true faith excluding it, though.

Whatever they call it, fact is, they replaced the received and approved rights by new, fake, man made rights. Even Ratzinger admits the fact.
