It was an obviously ironic statement. This account is obviously not the real TomGubbinsKimmage. Maybe it is him but probably not. Now we know he is definitely not. The point is that this person on X acts similar to Tom when he rants against Abp. Thuc. It's a joke meant to convey a metaphorical point. I put the "..." in the title for a reason.
