    • In the beginning of this video, Hutton Gibson basically states that the 1917 code was purposely soft on ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖs in the church compared to the pre 1917 law signed by St. Pius V which was very tough on ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖs, essentially banning them from anything to do with the church and turning them over to the state for punishment.

    What law is Mr. Gibson referring to, and why did Benedict XV lift this anti-ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ measure from the 1917 code of cannon law?

    • Perhaps Hutton Gibson is referring to a decretal of Pope St. Pius V since the code of Canon Law didn't exist until 1917.

    What I am saying is that according to Mr. Gibson, this decretal of Pope St. Pius V was REPLACED by the 1917 Code of Cannon Law which is soft on ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖs in the church.
