Home - Aloneism
« on: August 14, 2026, 11:12:54 PM »
For those reading this thread, you hereby acknowledge that you will refrain from becoming a "home-aloner", if ever you decide it's the right path, for a whole year, praying every Sunday (at Mass, frequenting confession, if there's a traditional Mass near you) for the guidance of the Holy Spirit in your decision, and seeking counter arguments from priests, to ensure you do your due diligence before quitting the sacraments. How could God condemn you for playing it safe and continuing to attend for a long while what most Traditional Catholics think are the true and valid sacraments, before actually becoming a home-aloner, rather than just read something on the internet and stop going to Mass right then, considering the poor track record of human judgment and the relative ease with which it is deceived?

What is "home aloneism" and why do they do/believe what they do/believe? Why is it wrong? How could it be right?

be careful about encouraging people to put their faith in danger by frequenting the modernists.

Yes, it appears best to stay away from any trad groups under the authority of the conciliar church. I recommend the lineage of Archbishop Lefebvre.

Anybody here a Home Aloner, or know why they quit the sacraments? Is it like some secret society you have to join to learn their secrets or arrive at some "enlightenment" on your own via suggestions from evil spirits who guide you to shun any counsel so as to surely fall into and remain in error?

I guess once you're a HA there's no more reason to read a Catholic forum.

I'm a home-aloner and I don't see a problem with it. Of course I would never try to convince anybody to be one. It just works well for me.

Please explain when and why you became a home aloner. Why would you not try to convince someone else?

Thanks
