My husband took a free end table with drawers and put a saw on top and rollers at the bottom of the table. Another time my husband said, "I need a work table I can move." I said "take yours out and add rollers and he did. Another time husband was sweating it out, trying to remove a sage brush. I said, you need a horse. I asked, do you have chains? So, husband attached chains to the frame of our car and to the bush and with a couple pulls, it was out!!
My husband is retired and he bought and stored so many things: old yard sticks, palates of wood and old rolling pins, and knobs. He cut a flat back to the rolling pin, and attached to porcelain knobs for ladies to hang on wall in kitchen. He learnt how to mod podge black lettering on wood crafts. He has the laser printer and made the words backwards and applied.
He is getting crafty. Birdhouses and such. We go to "Pinterest" for ideas. Wow! that is some site to see! I like things made or decorated with buttons and I told my husband to collect and make things with spools from thread. Have Fun!
