It's even worse than that, if this is correct. I believe that artificially introduced  hCG tricks the woman's body into believing she is already pregnant, thus preventing conception. Thus it is a permanent contraceptive. HCG was used in vaccines in the Philippines and other nations for precicely this purpose.

People became suspicious when only girls were being vaccinated against tetanus. hCG was found in the vaccine by a Catholic Church organisation. It was on Population Research Institute website many years ago now.
