Savonrola had some really good writings. I've attached a book of them below
Traditio-OP.org has many good Fra' Girolamo resources, too.

A very saintly man and one who I admire greatly. Thanks for sharing this brilliant lecture, it's good to see it posted here.

I'm glad you posted that, DL. You can also find a good portion of his writings in the book A Guide to Righteous Living and Other Works, which can be bought HERE. Since I own a copy, I may consider posting a review or two on some of the works contained in this book, like his treatise Ten Rules to Observe in Times of Great Tribulations (quite appropriate for our times) or his Exposition on the Prayer to the Virgin (a beautiful explanation of the Hail Mary).

I think that Savonarola will be one day canonized, once the 6th Age of the Church (when the world shall be converted, and the Church will be restored from its crisis) is in full motion.

Here's some other informative videos about him:

Reading the introductory biography of the book I posted, watching Michael Davies' video, and those you've shared have convinced me that Savonarola was a great, saintly confessor and martyr of the Faith. He is a great model for Catholics during the crisis we have today. Ora pro nobis!

But wasn't he excommunicated by the Pope? Is there anything to prove his excommunication was non canonical?
Excommunicated???-- He was Executed...:incense:

Excellent! My opinions as well.

Here’s a translated version of Savonarola’s Exposition on the Prayer to the Virgin which has been put up on the Internet, courtesy of the Marian Studies Library at Dayton University.
