I apologize if anyone has already posted on this, but I saw this letter from the Diocese of Scranton declaring a "suspension" for "prolonged absence, disobedience, and ministering to schismatic communities." 
The letter seems full of canons taken out of context and half truths. It doesn't mention any specific crime, just disobedience, so to me, this means he's Catholic. For the sake of conversation, I know many hold the sedevacantist position (and I'm not attacking it) but if we could proceed as though everyone believed that the current hierarchy holds the office just to shed some light on this situation, it would be helpful and informative.

I presume he's the one who has been providing sacraments for the Sisters of Arlington, TX. 
Does anyone know anything about him? Did he formally join the SSPX or is he a friend of the Society and independent? God bless.
