I had heard of this debate a while back, but this was the first I actually was able to obtain a recording. After listening and as a "debate" I have to rate it a tie.
Fr. Robinson's defenses of the Conciliar popes were weak and, frankly, demolished by Mr. Matatics. He did not, in any way, change my view of the invalidity of the claims of the Conciliar claimants to the Catholic papacy.
Mr. Matatics, on the other hand, in his condemnation of all independent Catholic clergy (which include all SSPX clergy, by the way), was just as handily refuted by Fr. Robinson.
In the end, I am still a Catholic who rejects the Conciliar sect and their claims to legitimately rule the Catholic Church and I still reject the teachings of some that I must avoid certainly validly ordained Catholic clergy in all cases and stay home. I will not refuse communion with fellow Catholics just because of the Mass they attend.
In the end, the debate was tied.
