Respect everyone’s traditions, except Catholics’!

In latest “Pope Video”, Francis calls for respecting Rights of Indigenous Peoples

It’s that time of the month again: the latest “Pope video” is out!

For the month of July, Francis the Naturalist’s intention is “That indigenous peoples, whose identity and very existence are threatened, will be shown due respect” (source).

Although so far, no subsequent video has yet outdone the first one in January, in which Francis put false religions on a level with the true religion and made the blasphemous and heretical claim that we have no certainty in religious matters (thus negating all Faith) except that we are all God’s children (contradicted by Gal 3:26), this new one for July once again showcases Francis’ Naturalist obsession with man and temporal things, which to him are ends in themselves. He totally ignores man’s true purpose in life, his duties towards God, and that which alone can bring him the happiness for which he was created: the salvation of his soul, the attainment of the Beatific Vision.

Long forgotten are the words of Pope Leo XIII: “The world has heard enough of the so-called ‘rights of man.’ Let it hear something of the rights of God” (Encyclical Tametsi Futura, n. 13).

Jorge Bergoglio’s call for respecting indiscriminately the traditions of indigenous peoples per se — totally leaving out of account whether these traditions are innocent, edifying, and wholesome or idolatrous, harmful, and odious in the sight of God — is nothing short of an implicit endorsement of Paganism as a human right.

We recall his excitement when he met with indigenous peoples in Brazil during World Youth Day 2013 in Rio de Janeiro:

Francis, of course, only calls for respecting people’s traditions as long as we’re not talking about Catholic Tradition or traditions. No, for Catholics, a different rule applies altogether: They must be unquestioningly subservient to the “god of surprises”; they must abandon their “rigidity”, their Rosary-counting all-or-nothing morality! For Catholics and even the slightest semblance of Catholicism, Francis has only contempt. Catholics cannot be “closed in on themselves” but must be open to the “newness of God” and the whims of the “Spirit”!

Does the god of surprises also have something to offer for the indigenous? Not so much… No, somehow the “surprise” is always a denial of or attack on Catholicism, never a conversion to it or a greater fidelity to its moral precepts. Surprise indeed! We know what “god” is behind such surprises, don’t we? “Dearly beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits if they be of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world” (1 Jn 4:1).

The Novus Ordo fascination with Paganism is by no means new or unique to the apostate Bergoglio. It was most clearly displayed by “Saint” John Paul II in the 1980s and ’90s, as the following stomach-turning articles demonstrate:

The Vatican II Sect is a church of man, by man, for man. The true Catholic Church, by contrast, is the Church of God (1 Tim 3:15), founded by God (Mt 16:18), for the glory of God and the salvation of men (Eph 3:21; Acts 16:17).

“But if it seem evil to you to serve the Lord, you have your choice: choose this day that which pleaseth you, whom you would rather serve, whether the gods which your fathers served in Mesopotamia, or the gods of the Amorrhites, in whose land you dwell: but as for me and my house we will serve the Lord” (Jos 24:15).
