    4pm — visit with Raúl Castro (Palacio de la Revolución)

    5:15pm — vespers with priests, religious and seminarians (Havana Cathedral)

    6:30pm — greeting of youth of the Centro Cultural Padre Félix Varela in Havana

     

    Monday, Sept. 21 (Holguín and Santiago, Cuba)

    8am — departure from Havana (José Marti Airport)

    9:20am — arrival in Holguín (Frank Pais Airport)

    10:30am — Mass (Plaza de la Revolución, Holguín)

    3:45pm — blessing of the city from the Loma de la Cruz (Hill of the Cross) in Holguín

    4:40pm — departure from Holguín (Frank Pais Airport)

    5:30pm — arrival in Santiago, Cuba (Antonio Maceo Airport)

    7pm — meeting with bishops (San Basilio Magno Seminary)

    9:15am — meeting with President Barack Obama, with welcoming ceremony on the South Lawn of the White House

    11:30am — meeting with U.S. bishops (St. Matthew's Cathedral)

    4:15pm — Mass of canonization for Junípero Serra (Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception)

     

    Thursday, Sept. 24 (Washington, New York City)

    9:20am — address to joint session of the U.S. Congress

    11:15am — visit to St. Patrick in the City and Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington

    4pm — depart from Joint Base Andrews

    5pm — arrival in New York (JFK International Airport)

    6:45pm — vespers with priests and religious (St. Patrick's Cathedral)

    4:45pm — religious-freedom meeting with Hispanic community and other immigrants (Independence Mall)
