Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI who?

His Apostateness, Benedict XVI, Antipope Emeritus, at least made an effort to mask his apostasy with his Hegelian dialectic and convoluted, ambiguous and simply intellectually dishonest efforts to distort, misrepresent and pervert the lives and teaching of Holy Mother Church's Fathers and Doctors and many of those she has raised to the altars for our veneration. His successor, Jorge Mario Bergoglio/Francis, is ripping away all pretense of caring for Catholic doctrine as he believes, preaches and practices an irenic form of religion that he promotes under the guise of his "humility," "meekness," "simplicity" and democratic spirit of egalitarianism and compassion.

Unlike the antipope emeritus, Jorge Mario Bergoglio/Francis does not believe in encouraging members of heretical and schismatic Anglican sect, which was created out of the blood lust of King Henry VIII when he had Parliament declare himself to be the "supreme head of the church in England," to change decks on the One World Ecuмenical Church by joining the counterfeit church of conciliarism. Bergoglio/Francis believes that the "universal church" "needs" the "Anglican Communion." No, I am not making this up:

    The new Pope has reportedly said the Church universal needs Anglicans and that the Ordinariate is "quite unnecessary".

    In a note released after the election of the first ever pontiff from Latin America, the Anglican Bishop of Argentina and former Primate of the Anglican Church of the Southern Cone, the Rt Revd Greg Venables said Cardinal Jorge Bergoglio was "an inspired choice".

    "Many are asking me what is really like. He is much more of a Christian, Christ centered and Spirit filled, than a mere churchman. He believes the Bible as it is written.

    "I have been with him on many occasions and he always makes me sit next to him and invariably makes me take part and often do what he as Cardinal should have done. He is consistently humble and wise, outstandingly gifted yet a common man. He is no fool and speaks out very quietly yet clearly when necessary."

    Bp Venables added that in a conversation with Cardinal Bergoglio, now Pope Francis, the latter made it clear that he values the place of Anglicans in the Church universal.

    "He called me to have breakfast with him one morning and told me very clearly that the Ordinariate was quite unnecessary and that the Church needs us as Anglicans.

    The former Primate of the Anglican Communion's Iglesia Anglicana del Cono Sur de America added, "I consider this to be an inspired appointment not because he is a close and personal friend, but because of who he is In Christ. In other words, Jorge Mario Bergoglio/Francis believes that His Apostateness, Benedict XVI, Antipope Emeritus, was wrong to have created the ordinariate for the Anglicans with the issuance of Anglicanorum Coetibus on November 9, 2009 (see Defaming The English Martyrs and Still Defaming The English Martyrs.)There was no need for Ratzinger/Benedict to have done so, he believes. The Anglicans are "just fine" where they are. They are not.

Ah, you see, no one who is truly of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ speaks this way. This is not the language of a believing member of the Catholic Church. This is the language of apostasy.

The Catholic Church is the one and only true Church created by Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, founded as she is upon the Rock of Peter, the Pope. All false churches are from the devil, including the heretical and schismatic Anglican sect. It is abundantly clear Jorge Mario Bergoglio/Francis takes false ecuмenism beyond the the limits expanded previously by his predecessors as false claimants to the Throne of Saint Peter. He scoffs at doctrines that  he believes do not correspond to his false, naturalistic and sentimentally-driven concept of "charity" and "universal tolerance" and "respect for all religions.

Bergoglio/Francis does not even believe that it is necessary to resort the intellectual gymnastics required of Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI's philosophically absurd and dogmatically condemned "hermeneutic of continuity" to reconcile the immutable teaching of the Catholic Church with that of the counterfeit church of conciliarism. Jorge Mario Bergoglio/Francis just ignores any doctrine or ceremony he does not like as he is opposed to what he would dismiss as a "dogmatism" that divides men and a "sacrality" that places what he thinks are barriers between Our Lord and His people, who can belong to whatever religion they want as long as they serve the poor and are meek and humble in their bearing.

This is how Jorge Mario Bergoglio/Francis can simply ignore as irrelevant Pope Saint Pius V's Regnans in Excelsis that excommunicated Queen Elizabeth I and declared the sacramental books and rites of the Anglican sect to be heretical and thus invalid. What do the following words mean to him? Nothing:

    Prohibiting with a strong hand the use of the true religion, which after its earlier overthrow by Henry VIII (a deserter therefrom) Mary, the lawful queen of famous memory, had with the help of this See restored, she has followed and embraced the errors of the heretics. She has removed the royal Council, composed of the nobility of England, and has filled it with obscure men, being heretics; oppressed the followers of the Catholic faith; instituted false preachers and ministers of impiety; abolished the sacrifice of the mass, prayers, fasts, choice of meats, celibacy, and Catholic ceremonies; and has ordered that books of manifestly heretical content be propounded to the whole realm and that impious rites and institutions after the rule of Calvin, entertained and observed by herself, be also observed by her subjects. She has dared to eject bishops, rectors of churches and other Catholic priests from their churches and benefices, to bestow these and other things ecclesiastical upon heretics, and to determine spiritual causes; has forbidden the prelates, clergy and people to acknowledge the Church of Rome or obey its precepts and canonical sanctions; has forced most of them to come to terms with her wicked laws, to abjure the authority and obedience of the pope of Rome, and to accept her, on oath, as their only lady in matters temporal and spiritual; has imposed penalties and punishments on those who would not agree to this and has exacted then of those who persevered in the unity of the faith and the aforesaid obedience; has thrown the Catholic prelates and parsons into prison where many, worn out by long languishing and sorrow, have miserably ended their lives. All these matter and manifest and notorious among all the nations; they are so well proven by the weighty witness of many men that there remains no place for excuse, defense or evasion. Francis the Head Citizen of the One World Ecuмenical Church believes that this is just so much nonsense, something that has grown obsolete and was probably erroneous at the time of its issuance. As he believes that the "church universal" "needs" the Anglicans sect, he therefore denies, at least by implication, the binding nature of Pope Leo XIII's Apostolicae Curae, September 18, 1896, that declared Anglican orders to be invalid and condemned anyone who would place his declaration into question, which Bergoglio/Francis does by his words and deeds:

    Wherefore, strictly adhering, in this matter, to the decrees of the pontiffs, our predecessors, and confirming them most fully, and, as it were, renewing them by our authority, of our own initiative and certain knowledge, we pronounce and declare that ordinations carried out according to the Anglican rite have been, and are, absolutely null and utterly void. . . .

    We decree that these letters and all things contained therein shall not be liable at any time to be impugned or objected to by reason of fault or any other defect whatsoever of subreption or obreption of our intention, but are and shall be always valid and in force and shall be inviolably observed both juridically and otherwise, by all of whatsoever degree and preeminence, declaring null and void anything which, in these matters, may happen to be contrariwise attempted, whether wittingly or unwittingly, by any person whatsoever, by whatsoever authority or pretext, all things to the contrary notwithstanding. (Pope Leo XIII, Apostolicae Curae, September 18, 1896.)

Francis the Head Citizen of the One World Ecuмenical Church pay this no never mind. Who cares about Apostolicae Curae?

This places Jorge Luis Bergoglio/Francis in the wonderfully apostate company of the Dutch heretic Johannes Willebrands, a true bishop as he was consecrated in 1964, who was president of the "Pontifical" Council for Promoting Christian Unity, and one of Willebrands's later successors in that position, Walter Kasper, who said the following in 2002 when addressing the heretical and schismatic Anglicans in England:

    As I see the problem and its possible solution, it is not a question of apostolic succession in the sense of an historical chain of laying on of hands running back through the centuries to one of the apostles; this would be a very mechanical and individualistic vision, which by the way historically could hardly be proved and ascertained. The Catholic view is different from such an individualistic and mechanical approach. Its starting point is the collegium of the apostles as a whole; together they received the promise that Jesus Christ will be with them till the end of the world (Matt 28, 20). So after the death of the historical apostles they had to co-opt others who took over some of their apostolic functions. In this sense the whole of the episcopate stands in succession to the whole of the collegium of the apostles.

    To stand in the apostolic succession is not a matter of an individual historical chain but of collegial membership in a collegium, which as a whole goes back to the apostles by sharing the same apostolic faith and the same apostolic mission. The laying on of hands is under this aspect a sign of co-optation in a collegium.

    This has far reaching consequences for the acknowledgement of the validity of the episcopal ordination of another Church. Such acknowledgement is not a question of an uninterrupted chain but of the uninterrupted sharing of faith and mission, and as such is a question of communion in the same faith and in the same mission.

    It is beyond the scope of our present context to discuss what this means for a re-evaluation of Apostolicae Curae (1896) of Pope Leo XIII, who declared Anglican orders null and void, a decision which still stands between our Churches. Without doubt this decision, as Cardinal Willebrands had already affirmed, must be understood in our new ecuмenical context in which our communion in faith and mission has considerably grown. A final solution can only be found in the larger context of full communion in faith, sacramental life, and shared apostolic mission. (A Vision of Christian Unity for the Next Generation.)

     

It is no wonder the the "pope" of the poor and the "humble," the common man, the man of the "low church" is being praised by the likes of Roger Michael "Cardinal" Mahony, the corrupt conciliar "archbishop-emeritus" of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles:

Remember, Mahony (see Corrupt Chickens Come Home To Roost In Roger's Nest Of Apostates and Conciliar Mud Wrestling) tried to promote Jorge Mario Bergoglio/Francis as the "stop Ratzinger" candidate at the 2005 conclave following the death of "Blessed" "Pope" Karol Wojtyla/John Paul II. He, the quintessential Americanist in the mode of James Cardinal Gibbons and phony, baloney "friend of the poor" while building his $200 million monstrosity, the Taj Mahony, alongside the Hollywood Freeway in Los Angeles, California, who shared a beach house for many years with fellow protectors and enablers of corrupt clergymen William Levada and Tod Brown (see "Liar, liar, pants on fire" by Randy Engel that deals with Levada's constant excuse of the disease that is ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖity and effeminacy in the clergy as he has enabled them at every turn), is really pleased that the the doctrinal, liturgical and moral revolutions are back "on the right track" as he believes that they had been during the false "pontificate" of Giovanni Montini/Paul The Sick.

Unfortunately for Roger Michael Mahony and his new "pope, Jorge Mario Bergoglio/Francis, the track that his counterfeit church of conciliarism leads nowhere but from its origin: Hell. All Bergoglio/Francis will do is to engineer the train down that track at a consistently faster speed than His Apostateness, Joseph Ratzinger/Benedict XVI, Antipope Emeritus, who was moving it along pretty fast in his own right, albeit he had to slow down at the curves and high mountain passes caused by his effort to "reconcile" Catholic teaching with conciliarism. This new apostate in Rome is just, as noted above, dispensing with all of that intellectual pretense and facade. The tragedy is that there will still be many "traditionally-minded" Catholics attached to the conciliar structures who will keep telling themselves and others, if not the whole world, that they have another "only friend in the Vatican, that we just have to watch and be patient."

As pointed out yesterday, "Pope" Francis has already dispensed with what little remains of true papal ceremony as he is an egalitarian. He has told his apostate brothers in the conciliar college of "cardinals" to do the same. Why not dispense with the pretense that "differences" among religions matters?

Look at all the plaudits that Bergoglio/Francis is receiving as the "new world pope." You bet he is:

    Pope Francis has had deep experience in interreligious relations in Argentina. He co-authored a book with Rabbi Abraham Skorka, Sobre el Cielo y la Tierra (On Heaven and Earth, Buenos Aires: Sudamericana, 2011; e-book: Random House Mondadori, 2011). Regarding interreligious discussions, then-Cardinal Bergoglio wrote: “Dialogue is born from an attitude of respect for the other person, from a conviction that the other person has something good to say. It assumes that there is room in the heart for the person’s point of view, opinion, and proposal. To dialogue entails a cordial reception, not a prior condemnation. In order to dialogue it is necessary to know how to lower the defenses, open the doors of the house, and offer human warmth” (my translation).

    The book is itself a model of interreligious dialogue. In the Foreword, Rabbi Skorka notes the risk that they were taking in sharing their personal exchanges with the public: “To transform the dialogue into a conversation with many, to bare our souls, accepting all the risks that this implies, but profoundly convinced that this is the only path of knowing the human, which is capable of bringing us closer to God.” At a later point in the dialogue, the rabbi comments: “If we arrive at an attitude of genuine humility, we will be able to change the reality of the world. When the prophet Micah wanted to give a definition of what it means to be religious, he said: ‘Do justice, love piety, and walk humbly with your God.’”

    In response, Cardinal Bergoglio replied: “I am totally in agreement on the question of humility. It pleases me also to use the word ‘meekness,’ which does not mean weakness. A religious leader can be very strong, very firm without exercising aggression. Jesus says that the one who leads must be one who serves. For me, this idea is valid for the religious person of whatever religious confession. Service confers the real power of religious leadership” (my translation).

"Service confers the real power of religious leadership"? This is madness, utter and complete madness.

The madness extends to the Orthodox as well. The schismatic and heretical Greek Orthodox Patriarch of Constantinople is going to be the first ever of his church to attend a "papal" installation ceremony since Eastern rites now called Orthodoxy broke away from the Catholic Church in the year 1054 A.D.:

    Istanbul (AsiaNews) - The Ecuмenical Patriarch of Constantinople Bartholomew I will attend Pope Francis's inaugural Mass. The Ecuмenical Patriarchate Press Office informed AsiaNews about the decision, noting that this is the first time such an event occurs since the Catholic-Orthodox split in 1054, an important sign for Christian unity.

    The ecuмenical patriarch will be accompanied by Ioannis Zizioulas, metropolitan of Pergamon and co-president of the Joint International Commission for Theological Dialogue between the Roman Catholic and the Orthodox Church, as well as Tarassios, Orthodox Metropolitan of Argentina, and Gennadios, Orthodox Metropolitan of Italy.

    Relations between Catholics and Orthodox have been improving since the Second Vatican Council through mutual visits, acts of friendship and theological dialogue.

    Under Benedict XVI, the dialogue picked up in earnest after a lull. In trying to promote it, the pope suggested ways to express the primacy of Peter's successor that could be acceptable to the Orthodox, finding his inspiration from the undivided Church of the first millennium.

    Catholic ecuмenism has met however with great resistance from the Russian Orthodox Church and the Moscow Patriarchate, seat of the 'Third Rome'.

    The head of the Russian Orthodox Church's Department for External Relations, Metropolitan Hilarion of Volokolamsk, said on Thursday that a meeting between the pope and Patriarch Kirill of Moscow was "possible but the place and timing will depend on how quickly we will overcome the consequences of the conflicts from the turn of 1980s and 1990s".

    The issue of the Ukrainian Catholic Church is at the core of the "conflicts" to which Hilarion was referring. Although it was unbanned following the collapse of the Soviet Union, it was left without its original churches, which had been seized by the Communists under Soviet rule and later transferred to the Orthodox Church.

    Still, "on several occasions, Pope Francis has shown spiritual sympathy towards the Orthodox Church and a desire for closer contacts," Hilarion said.

Bergoglio/Francis also has personally invited the grand rabbi of Rome, Riccardo di Segni, to attend his "installation" on Tuesday, March 19, 2013, the Solemnity of Saint Joseph, Most Chaste Spouse of the Blessed Virgin Mary and the Commemoration of Tuesday in Passion Week, continuing as "Pope" Francis what he was doing with ready abandon as the "archbishop" of Buenos Aires, Argentina:

    On the first day of his papacy, Pope Francis reached out to Rome’s Jєωιѕн community and said he hoped to build on the good relations between the two faiths.

    The city’s Chief Rabbi Riccardo Di Segni has accepted the new pope’s invitation to attend his inaugural mass.

    Di Segni cautiously optimistic that the Roman Catholic leadership could help in the Middle East:

    “The Vatican is present in that region. It’s involved in the conflict and not as a neutral entity. But if it’s able to hold reasonable talks with a peaceful will, then it’s welcome,” Di Segni told euronews.

    Just a stone’s throw from the Vatican, the Portico d’Ottavia district is at the heart of the Jєωιѕн community.

    A local woman said: “Everyone has his own faith, religion and belief. But anyone can talk to the others. Of course one should have enough humility to do that.”

    The Jєωιѕн community in the Italian capital is considered to play a guiding role in Catholic-Jєωιѕн relations worldwide.

    VATICAN CITY — Like his predecessor, Pope Francis reached out to Rome's Jєωιѕн community at the very start of his pontificate, pledging to continue to strengthen the increasingly close ties between Catholics and Jєωs.

    Just hours after he was elected the first Latin American pope in history, Francis sent a letter to Rome's chief Rabbi Riccardo di Segni, saying he hoped to "contribute to the progress that relations between Jєωs and Catholics" have seen since the 1962-1965 Second Vatican Council.

    In an interview Friday with The Associated Press, di Segni said the dialogue between Catholicism and Judaism was "complicated" but added that the new pope's background "gives me trust and hope" that relations will continue to improve.

    Other Jєωιѕн leaders welcomed the election of a pontiff seen as an ally when he was archbishop of Buenos Aires. Israeli President Shimon Peres said Francis would be a "welcome guest in the Holy Land" while Ronald Lauder, the president of the World Jєωιѕн Congress, said the new pope "always had an open ear for our concerns."

    "By choosing such an experienced man, someone who is known for his open-mindedness, the cardinals have sent an important signal to the world," Lauder said. Although online posting at a delusional Motu site contended that the new "pope" is to commended for his "simplicity of preaching," the simple truth, however, is simply that this is all the stuff of Antichrist.

What did Our Lady of La Salette say about all of this?

Rome has indeed become the Seat of Antichrist. This is truly remarkable to behold. However, this has been coming on for centuries. The Mystical Body of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ is indeed mystically buried as she awaits her Resurrection. In the meantime, of course, we must suffer as we cleave to the totality of the Catholic Faith without making any concessions at all to this madness masquerading as Catholicism.

As a very perceptive reader of this site, Mr. David Heimlich, noted to me in an e-mail yesterday:


    I was just ruminating about Francis asking his fellow countrymen to donate to the poor instead of coming to Rome to honor The Pope.

    Reminds me of Judas begrudging the woman the cost of the ointment with which she honored our Lord's feet.

    I wonder when the For Sale sign goes up in front of the Vatican.

Quite correct, Mr. Heimlich, except, of course, that the Argentines would not have been coming to Rome to honor true pope, and the fact that Jorge Mario Bergoglio/Francis is telling them not to do so is yet another piece of boldness on the part of the devil as he tells us, "Look. He's not the pope. You don't have to honor him. He is not a monarch. He's just Francis the Head Citizen of the One World Ecuмenical Church." The fact that so few people see this is, humanly speaking, very frightening.

In the midst of the incredible apostasies taking place before our very eyes, we must, as always, have recourse to Our Lady as we pray as many Rosaries each day as our states-in-life permit and as we keep her company in the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and in our time in fervent prayer before her Divine Son's Real Presence in the Most Blessed Sacrament. She will help us to cleave only to true bishops and to true priests who make absolutely no concessions to the abominable apostasies and blasphemies and sacrileges of conciliarism or to the nonexistent legitimacy of its "popes" and "bishops" who offend God so boldly, so openly and so brazenly--and with the full support and admiring approval of most of the world's baptized Catholics.

While each person must come to recognize this for himself (it took me long enough to do so; I defended the indefensible for far too long!), we must nevertheless embrace the truth once we do come to recognize and accept it without caring for one moment what anyone else may think about us as we make reparation for our sins and those of the whole world as the consecrated slaves of Our Blessed Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ through His Most Blessed Mother's Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart.

We can never grow accustomed to offenses given to God by the conciliar "popes" and their conciliar "bishops."

We must cleave to the Catholic Church, not to the counterfeit church of conciliarism, as we attempt to plant the seeds for the triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary as the fruit of the fulfillment of her Fatima Message.
