Anyone up to protest?
I'm only half-kidding.
-
Yeah, I know, I know, I should just "resist".
-
No 2Vermont, not resist, ignore and pray for Francis' conversion.
It is a horror for a Catholic to say this, but who cares?
-
Sorry, but I have no desire to be anywhere near Philadelphia now or ever. I just don't like big cities.
In any event, I don't go protest the Dali Lama or the Archbishop of Canterbury, or other pagan/heretical leaders. Why should I bother with Bergoglio?

I guess I see a difference in that the two you mention don't hurt the Church....Francis does.

Whether we do or not, I'm betting we're going to hear about more of his Francisms.

Hold up large signs that read "Francis is a heretical antipope."
-
Surely the world will get to see a friendly picture of Pope Francis accompanied by Mr. Obama. The temporal earthly Anti-Christ (personified in our glorious president Obama, the Communist Marxist, the president of the "Land of the Free") will meet the temporal spiritual Anti-Christ (personified in our other glorious leader, Pope Francis, the Miserablist Pentecostal, the president of the "Church of the Poor"), in fraternal and charismatic terms.

I see your point. Perhaps if he was going to a small town in central Pennsylvania I might be inclined. But, more than likely, I would not have the time or the money to make the trip. September starts a new school year and I'll have two kids in high school that I have to worry about.

Somehow, I don't feel compelled to go see him.
Maybe just to experience the event, I guess. Meh.

As the editor of The Blog, I expected you would have VIP passes and attend with an entourage--maybe Fr. Z, Michael Voris, & some of the good folks from EWTN. Besides, you don't want your Pope to be the biggest bumbling idiot in town, do you?

:roll-laugh2: You just have to have some sort of last laugh, don't you?
Too funny. You're like a woman. I get on to make some sort of neutral comment, and you gotta be all rude and make some sort of snide comment. I love it. These little moments are so demonstrative to everyone else who isn't a snot.
I could say "corn is yellow," and you'll have to get on here and be the nasty little girl that you are.
Fun times. But the answer is still NO, I am a straight married man. I do not care how infatuated you are with me.
But I thank you kindly for increasing my publicity, here with the good people of Cathinfo:

Your jackass move that got us the curse of TCat's presence for another 6 or 8 months is what you have to thank for all of my attention.
