Maybe Poche is somewhat right.  Why didn't the nuns have new vocations so they wouldn't have to sell at all?  Why didn't they use the property as a retreat center? Why didn't these nuns just donate the property to a thriving Catholic order?   And where is their Mother Superior?  ( they wanted to sell the property to a restaurant owner)

For the diocese to go to court against the sisters to sell property  to satanist is pure evil.

Poor Francis refuses the teaching that Jesus told sinners to repent and sin no more.  These are the bad fruits of liberal theology.

.
The sisters probably did not hold title to the real estate, because that's normally in the name of the local bishop.
Regardless what the nuns wanted to do with the property in the end it's the bishop's decision since he's the owner.
It might be evil for the bishop to sell property to satanists, but that doesn't make it illegal.
And in the eyes of the court, legal trumps moral every day of the week.
...........And twice on Sunday!.............

There is no morality left in most of the conciliar prelates. They are not men of God but are creatures of the world.

Poche,

You lack discernment.

The Nuns had a duty to protect the property from desecration as much as they could.

The court injustice was so dramatic, that one of the Nuns died from the stress of it all.

You just can't seem to discern that the Novus ordo SCHISM, that has infiltrated our Catholic Church is selling off and desecrating Her assets.

It's everywhere... in your face, but you don't want to see it.
.
Why doesn't poche explain how the photo above is Bishop Dolan using the miter to evangelize by letting a witch wear it?

The mother superior says, "It is your turn to do the dishes." then it is her turn to do the dishes. The mother superior could be an evil person but in her capacity as mother superior she holds the place as God's representative and the sisters have taken a vow that they will obey her. If the mother superior were to say, "Don't go to mass on Sunday" or "I want you to sell drugs on the street corner." I could see disobedience. Sometimes we have to resist the evil that is among us. But in a property sale I just think that the sisters wrong.
.
Saying "NO" to "Don't go to Mass on Sunday" or "I want you to sell drugs on the street" would be okay. But for "Your real estate shall be sold to a publicly notorious satanist who could desecrate the property," saying "No" is crossing the line! Why that's just as bad as pretending not to notice when "It's your turn to do the dishes."
.
Duplicity in action, demonstrated by poche, in accord with the spirit of Vat.II! Failing to obey the order to keep a KP duty schedule could mean the collapse of society! But providing the means for an avowed satanist to conduct Black Mass in public from the grounds of an old convent chapel isn't worth worrying about, according to poche. Nuns have no right to stand up for morality and the good of society, they only have the duty to obey their local bishop, legitimately established (cf. Vat.II, SC 22.2).
