I'm made to wonder by your comments how long you have been Catholic, and who Catechized you? I don't think it's your fault, I just think there was a large gap in your Catechism that allowed a worldly idea of what is considered modest to take hold. Catholic women are supposed to emulate Mary to the best of our ability. Do you believe the Blessed Virgin would ever appear in one of those get-ups or anything similar to it?  Which saint do you imagine would do the hoochie-koochie before the Vicar of Christ on Earth?
