Reminds me of our Novus Ordo parish priest when I was younger. He was on vacation as often as he was in his parish.

Fr. Z did not appear in any of these pictures - he was too busy taking them. It is very sad to see how ridiculous NO priests have become. Our Lady of Fatima informed us that "souls are falling into hell like snowflakes" and he is busy writing a travel and gastronomic blog ...

And if the snowfall is really intense, wouldn't hell eventually "freeze over?"

The patron saint of parish priests, St. John Vianney, used to eat a moldy potato for a meal.

And St. Patrick (patron saint of Ireland) ate one slice of burned toast for his meal on many occasions.

Their voluntary penances were the reason they performed many miracles. But in

I'm not a big Fr. Z fan but I honestly don't get what all the fuss is about.

He went on a trip and posted up some pictures of his food. Who cares? It's not like his blog is so serious that he can't take some time to post personal, light-hearted affair.
