Here you go: Monograph in Defense of Our Catholic Faith
and on the Consecration of
the Most Reverend Anthony D. Ward
to all Catholic Bishops, Priests, Religious and Faithful https://servi.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/12/monograph-shf-2025.pdf
He would need to be conditionally consecrated for any Traditional Catholic to totally recognize and support him and his group.

So, "Bishop" Mpundu.  Seems like a good man, but "ordained" in 1972 and "consecrated" in 1987.  Sad.
Apparently an archbishop.
Excommunicated march 19, 2024

Here is Bishop Ward speaking about this in his own words: https://servi.org/bishop-adw11162025/

Gabriella, I want to understand their take on Sacramental Theology better.

Do they have evidence that Bishop Mpundu received his orders of priest and/or bishop in the traditional rites? You seem to be close to them. Can you ask them for clarification and report back to us. Thanks.
