Just curious, why didn't these seminarians go over to the SSPX? Or, even, the FSSP?

Which seminarians?

In the case of Urrutigoity, he got kicked out of one SSPX seminary, then went to another SSPX seminary, where he was ordained. Then he left / got kicked out for reasons not related to the moral / psychological problems. Then he went to FSSP enclave (under banner of their own Society) in Scanton, PA. Then he and his followers were busted for the moral / psychological problems. Despite that, Urrutigoity recently resurface in a Novus Ordo diocese in South America. So they tried several places.

I've also know of various Institute of Christ the King seminarians who were booted from there due to suspicions of ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖity and then resurfaced in the SSPX, claiming that they were thrown out for being "traditional" and that the other accusations were trumped up to hide their real motives.

I read the link you provided and I didn't see anything anti traditionalist. What I did see was a dislike for people who use the tradition of the Catholic Church as a cover for their own sins and vices.

Correct. The Spanish blogs made it clear he was referring to Ciudad del Este's Urrutigoity group.
