I absolutely love Fr Rodriguez! I realize as a sede I'm not supposed to regard him as validly ordained because: post 1968. But I met him in 2018 at a Fatima Center convention and knew he is a very holy man. I felt someday he would become sede and in fact have been praying for him along those lines.
He was "ordained" in the diocese of El Paso in 1996, presumably by Bishop Ochoa who was "consecrated" in 1987. All Novus Ordo. So, unless he has been conditionally reordained by a trad Bishop, his Holy Orders are doubtful.

But, he is still a tremendous preacher and confessor of the Faith.

He would need to be conditionally ordained. I first was baptized in the NO in April 1978 but when I discovered Tradition a couple of months later, I was conditionally baptized by the ORCM bc all NO sacraments are doubtful due to possible defects in at least intention.

And notice that starting after 53:55, he calls Francis “supposedly” a successor of Peter.
Need this guy at MHTS or Mater Dei in Omaha, he would be a tremendous priest if the ordination issues would get resolved.
