According to the website, the following classes of people are exempt from the vaccination requirement:

-U.S. citizen,
-U.S. national,
-Lawful permanent resident, 
-Traveling to the United States on an immigrant visa (i.e., Green Card holders).

If Fr. Pagliarani (or other SSPX bishops, priests, or seminarians) qualify as one of these 4 categories, they need not be assumed to have been vaccinated.

I know many SSPX priests do in fact have green cards (e.g., foreign seminary professors like Fr. Iscara, etc.).

PS: The website does list some other exceptions which seem unlikely to be applicable to SSPX clergy/seminarians (e.g., flight crew members, foreigh parolees, etc.).

Isn't it safe to say that, if the SSPX hierarchy is part of a semi-regularized apostolate of the Roman Catholic Church, then Archbishop Vigano is definitely a member, also, of that same hierarchy?  That being the case, we can assume, both by title and position, that he functions at a higher level of that Catholic hierarchy than does Father.  Yet Fr. Pagliarani, unlike ++Vigano, steps aside from the vaccine debate.  Abp. Vigano does not.  The latter steps into it vigorously.  Is there not a disconnect here?

The SSPX and +Vigano are two ships heading in opposite directions, and the former dare no endorse the latter, for fear of injuring a future chance at canonical rgularization.

The SSPX will be in a holding pattern (i.e., paralyzed by the noose of legality it eagerly placed around its own neck) until the next crazy pope is elected, to see if he's willing to play ball (and the one after him, and the one after him, and so on).

Eventually, they will fatigue, like +Fellay did, and sign anything that will give them the seal of approval.

But by then, the salt will be so bland, it won't be much good for anything.

Another thing, people lost their homes and jobs while the wealthy “Catholics” blew money to go to fancy meal where the the nєω ωσrℓ∂ σr∂єr jab is being promoted. People around the world are protesting the jab while the wealthy travel, eat and drink.  Did anyone there stand up against global genocide??  Did any real Catholic stand up for the faith?
Is everyone comfortable with apostasy in Rome?  Was there any talk about dealing with child molestors?? Why aren’t they backing up their own priests who have been fighting mandated jabs long before covid?  To allow global satanists to inject children and adults with poison, is not Catholic.  Catholic hierarchy should be wanting to seek real justice to close these labs and hold these global satanists accountable for their crimes against humanity. History does repeat itself. 

We should be striving for perfection instead of settling for evil.  No one should seek canonical regularization with sodomites of the devil. 

The FSSPX weald the word "prudence" like a weapon of mass destruction.
