Isn't it safe to say that, if the SSPX hierarchy is part of a semi-regularized apostolate of the Roman Catholic Church, then Archbishop Vigano is definitely a member, also, of that same hierarchy? That being the case, we can assume, both by title and position, that he functions at a higher level of that Catholic hierarchy than does Father. Yet Fr. Pagliarani, unlike ++Vigano, steps aside from the vaccine debate. Abp. Vigano does not. The latter steps into it vigorously. Is there not a disconnect here?
