    • Just learned that Fr Charles McGuire of St Gertrude the Great in Ohio is scheduled to be consecrated on the 18th.

    We had more than enough when V2 struck, yet it'd be nonsense to pretend each one was a blessing.  We are in this mess precisely because practically ZERO bishops fulfilled their duties, just as in the time of Sts. Thomas More and John Fisher.  Pray for Fr. McGuire (a man I still consider a friend from my seminary days), but remain sober and watchful.

    We've seen at least one example of a Bishop (?) wreaking havoc, one Bishop? Pfeiffer.  Then we've had Bishop Fellay not exactly helping Traditional Catholicism, both by his attempts to reconcile with Rome, allowing Modernism to seep into the SSPX, and coverups of pedophilia among priests.
