“Pope Francis wants us to go out to the people and experience them right where they are.”

So that is why we hear stories of Priests and Bishops caught going to gαy Bars and other ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ hang-outs, they are just "going out to the people and experiencing them right where they are"  (Yuck!)

I'll probably get crucified for this here, but, apart from the golf cart itself, going out and actively making yourself available for and publicly promoting Confession is probably a great service.  Maybe you'll catch someone with bad conscience who might want to go to Confession but has been putting it off or something.  There are times when I wanted to go to Confession that I would have welcomed the sight of a priest rolling up in a golf cart.  It would have been a great consolation to me, almost as if God were telling me that He WANTS to forgive me.  Now, the golf cart is a bit undignified for a priest I think, but otherwise I like this.  Hey, at least this priest believes in Confession.  And he looks to be wearing a more Traditional habit.

[NOTE:  this comment entirely prescinds from the consideration that a NO priest is only doubtfully valid in my mind]
