Ditto! And in Franceland, April 1 is significant, more than in North America. Even Ste Thérèse mentions it in her diary ! Poisson d'avril. ( Fish of April)
So, is this sending jamming signals to Card. Fernandez? 
Even national governments don't make announcements of importance on this day... the sheeple would just presume/think it is a farce , and ignore them.

The question is, what does the SSPX do when denied the permissions they seek? Defying the denial may indicate that the SSPX is attempting to maintain the spirit of humble Catholic obedience to what appears to be lawful authority without going along with bad decisions made by that authority.

If not, I question whether it is the proper subject of an April Fool's joke.  From my very basic knowledge of French, I read over it and cannot find any clues that it is fake.

I wasn't able to find it on the SSPX website.

I feel very dumb having posted this. The person who sent it to me says it was April fool sent by someone in a position to know this information so it seemed legit. The 4 names and the age bracket of the candidates all lined up. 

Sorry about not thinking before posting.

No, if someone sent it to you, without telling you it was an April Fool joke, you would have had no reason to believe it wasn't genuine.

Whoever created it needs to reflect upon the consequences of creating something that convincing.
