I think Fr Yves le Roux is too old to be worth considering, though he has crossed my mind. I wouldn't be surprised if Fr Goldade was selected, but there are so many Americans to choose from.
I think he was referring to Fr. Foucauld le Roux, instead of Fr. Yves le Roux.

If the SSPX is going to do it, then do it in style.  Consecrate seven for the number of sacraments, or eight since that is the number of Our Lady.  And the SSPX hierarchy can say to Rome, "Because for seventy years you popes and bishops have rent asunder the Bride of Christ, we consecrate eight bishops in honor of Our Lady."

Rumor: Fr. Jacques Emily
Isn't Fr. Emily too old to be consecrated?

Yes, he is. Phenomenal priest, I have been to his Masses. But much too old.

They should consecrate the best parish priests, who are still actively parish priests.
