That is the solemn language of an ex cathedra pronouncement.  But of course, antipope Pius XI is not a pope, so this teaching does not make it into the Solemn Magisterium.  But even he had the sense to realize how evil counting days, inspecting mucus, taking temperature, and measuring cervix position is when done with the intent to make sex a toy and to frustrate new life.

I decided to "unhide" you for this one.so, the school really was not Catholic then...did you attend there? did you ever hear me mention it by name? know where it is? know the curriculm? The answer to this is a ringing NO. As others have pointed out, you act as if you read minds, see the future, the past and know the hearts of men.....since you ahve no idea of my school, persons involved, etc, then you have no knowledge at all about what went on there at a all. Your are hence ignorant and your ignorance is telling...also, it is insulting to those that labored there and had to face insults and onslaughts from liberal clergy..most of the nuns after this thriving school was shut down were given menial tasks as a thanks, one of course they did likely to make St. Therese proud of the Little Way.
