  • Yes, both are illicit and/or invalid.
"This principle is most certain: The non-Christian cannot in any way be Pope. The reason for this is that he cannot be head of what he is not a member. Now, he who is not a Christian is not a member of the Church, and a manifest heretic is not a Christian, as is clearly taught by St. Cyprian, St. Athanasius, St. Augustine, St. Jerome, and others. Therefore, the manifest heretic cannot be Pope." -- St. Robert Bellarmine

  • Just read on AOL news he canonized WITHOUT proof of miracles.
ALso the missionary establish missions in California in the 18th century when in fact many were already established in the late 1600's by Missionary and Explorer. Father Eusebio Francisco Kino, S. J., (Aug. 10, 1645 - March 15, 1711)
You might remember Father Kino from the movie Padre on Horseback from the 1970's  On DVD it's call The Father Kino Story

  • Since Francis gives communion in the hand. I wonder how many hosts
ended up on the ground, and taken away to a satanic sacrifice.
Perhaps we will see posted pictures on the web.

Here are photos taken in Grant's Park Chicago in 1959.

Bergoglio has done this before though I don't remember who it was.  I really doesn't make sense for Conciliarists to insist on miracles since they don't believe in miracles to begin with.

Yes he did establish missions in NM and Arizona but he also did in California as it was he who discovered that Baja was attached to and part of the mainland.

I have absolutely no wish to denigrate Father Serra as I know absolutely nothing about him other than the fact that yesterday native americans in California protested the canonization.  Their history must have taught them something.

I only wished to give credit where credit was due to Father Kino.

    Thanks

They were done at Avignon which was the seat of the Papacy for
67 years because of too much turmoil in Rome.
The Council of Constance in 1417 disposed of John XXIII, and Benedict XIII.
If someone can do further research if a canonization was done outside
    Rome and France?
Francis did this on his own without proofs of miracles in a largely
Catholic in name only and a truly now a non Catholic Country.

  • Where the canonizations take place isn't of the essence of course; there's nothing that says they must be done at the Roman See.  Had St. Pius X canonized someone in the US, would that not have been valid or binding as a result?
