  • Every age has its own evil that the Church has to confront. In the past there was slavery and institutional racial discrimination. Today it is "gαymarriage."

Pope Francis remained silent on the Irish vote during his Pentecost Sunday address

"Qui tacet consentire":  "Silence gives consent".

    God help us please.

  • In a normal time in the Church, the Vatican  would have been outspoken against the measure and then placed the entire country under Interdict after the vote.

I had to do a double take at the embroidery on his garment - reminiscent of a shamrock.  To me it has an Irish flavor, but maybe that's my paranoia.

In any time a Catholic would be more than outspoken about it.

But, poche, the Conciliar church isn't confronting this evil.  If anything, the Conciliar church is embracing it.

Right. That sure was the grave evil of the 20th Century... Not abortion. Not usury. Not communism. Not religious indifferentism. Not Modernism. Not sɛҳuąƖ "liberation."

The founders of the NAACP would be proud of you, Poche (Oy vey!).

Well, at least you (no doubt) have the likes of Sigismund in your corner on that one.
