It is just as easy (even easier if you have the faith) to speculate that God provided Baptism to these catechumens before they died even if through an unseen miracle to supply His requisites for salvation, as it is to use our want of knowledge as proof of its dispensability. What we do not know is not a proof of anything.
How can someone decide to become a martyr (act of perfect love towards God) before God gives them the sacrament of baptism invisibly?

This is a chicken and egg problem. Your position is entirely illogical.

I'll let it slide and consider that you could be suffering from a disability comparable to that of Tom.
You just keep lying. Here's more proof.....

Can a man enter the Kingdom of God without being born again of water and the Holy Ghost?

One Lord, one faith, one baptism. Eph 4:5 - - How many baptisms are there?

Yes. The proof is that Abraham, Moses, Noah and so on are all in heaven despite not being baptized.

Honestly, I do not even understand how you can fail to know such basic facts. Did you even read the Bible?

How do you explain that catechumens can become martyrs, then? They were not baptized. According to your theory, allegedly they would not be able to do a perfect act of love towards God without baptism.

Catechumens usually had to learn the faith during a few years before being allowed to be baptized. Are you aware of how extremely common it was for catechumens living under the Roman empire's tyranny to die without being baptized? Why would priests take such a risk if baptism of blood didn't exist?
Catechumens were normally, as part of church procedure, baptized in times of emergency persecutions.  They were still called catechumens because they had not finished their classes and had not formally entered the church during Easter/Pentecost.  But they were baptized.  This is a fact.
