Trent says justification cannot be effected without the sacrament. And again, where is the Divine Providence in your a BOD? You must necessarily omit His Providence out of the formula completely - or it does not work.

If you have faith, you easily understand that Almighty God provided everyone, including you with the time to do it, and the water for doing it, and the minister for doing it. If God arranged for you to be baptized, it is by the very same Providence He can arrange for anyone else who desires or is willing to receive it - regardless of what the circuмstances are.

A BOD is salvation via faith alone - as St. Alphonsus said and as Trent condemned.
1)Read the book of Job.

2)Can you explain the baptism of blood from catechumens?

3)St Alphonsus never claimed that baptism of desire was salvation through faith alone , moreover baptism of desire is NOT salvation through faith alone. It requires a disposition of the will. That's why I quoted Trent. Read Trent again.

Buddy ... you're a shameless Pelagian heretic.

... and you're throwing one handful of crap after another at the wall hoping the something will stick.

1) Book of Job ... what on earth are you moronically babbling about?

2) Been mansplained to you many times ... "washed but now crowned" (St. Ambrose), or St. Cyprian's theory that the angels pronounced the words and the blood of martyrdom could supply for water as valid matter, where he considered it merely an alternative confection of the Sacrament (his word)

3) So one can WILL himself to salvation along with having faith ... Pelagian heresy.

While it's permitted by the Church to believe in BoD, we find that 95% of BoDers are Pelagian heretics.

How does the use of terms like "shameless Pelagian heretic" "one handful of crap after another" "mansplained" help in this dialogue?

Right, he is a liar.
How do you know he is speaking a falsehood?

At first, I was frustrated and angry by your arguments, thinking them completely stupid and beneath me. Then, through learning how to counter those arguments, I became more adept at moral theology and at interpretating Church teachings. I found original ways to think about the subject of baptism of desire that most people would never have thought of.

You're "adept" at nothing, but are a babbling moron ... and your hubris will be your downfall.  This has to be one of the most delusional sanctimonious piles of drivel I've seen in a long time from BoDers, and that's saying a loit.

You have no clue what theology is and what arguments are.  I've yet to see you lay down anyting even remotely coherent, or anything resembling a syllogistic form.

People wax sanctimonious and "mystical" like this when they've got nothing ...
