  • Our Advent wreath needs to be dug out before Saturday Vespers. I look forward to the Divine Office for Advent, with the prayers preparing for Christmas. On and after the feast of St. Nicholas do decorations slowly start to appear. There are winter seasonal fun audiobooks I re-listen to every year. The Christmas audio books, i.e. A Christmas Carol, I try to listen just a few days before Christmas.
Rosary praying has already increased. Penitential practices will increase. Praying for more snow and the return of cold weather definitely increases!

As our neosspx mission will not get Mass every Sunday in Advent this year, those Sundays without Mass making up as much as possible for the absence of the Holy Sacrifice. (I try to pray the Monastic Office as it is longer than the Breviary for one.)

And more prayer  to fight off seasonal anxiety :'( that cometh from remaining members of the family who do not share the Traditional Faith.
Da pacem Domine in diebus nostris
    Qui non est alius
    Qui pugnet pro nobis
    Nisi  tu Deus noster
