Which is exactly why I don’t receive sacraments from Thuc-line ministers and encourage others not to.

  A bishop's sins do not affect the validity of a sacrament.

Hmmm, I wonder what you would think of a certain Archbishop who said the new Mass, accidentally started an antichrist cult and died in communion with the heretic pictured.
1. Didn't +Thuc admit he knelt off to the side of the altar praying his rosary during the service? Or is there another instance you refer to?
2. +Thuc publicly denounced the Palmarians. Using that logic, +ABL is guilty of Campos reconciling with the Novus Ordo under Rangel (+Tissier line)
Wouldn't the term "accidentally" further lessen culpability, our was that rhetorical?
3. There is a dispute over of the authenticity of the reconciliation docuмents. I think Fr. Francis Miller, OFM talks about it in his 2014 CMRI Fatima Conference video.

Not once did I claim they do.

So why did you list the sins of +Thuc in regards to V2, and then conclude by saying you avoid +Thuc-line priests?  There's no logical connection.

Please explain how +Thuc went against the intention of the sacrament, when....1) all those who were ordained and 2) the witnesses present, say otherwise.

Canon law says that when the sacrament is performed with the proper matter/form, then validity is assumed.  Please provide proof that the matter or form were deficient.

The issue is potential bad intention.
