    It would seem the boxes below the dashed line (marking Vat.II) are all containing consecrations that were not approved by Rome, while all those above the line were approved by Rome.

    But there isn't any note explaining that on the page. Is that the purpose of this OP to show that before Vat.II things were done one way and then after Vat.II things are done another way?

    There have been quite a few episcopal consecrations after Vat.II that don't appear on the page at all.

    Except that Thuc did a few consecrations in 1961 that were approved.  Also, +Lefebvre did some pre-Vatican II.

    Hmm -- and the chart says nothing about those. Looks like they need a new version of the chart.

    Perhaps the purpose of the chart is to show that episcopal consecrations used to be very orderly and now after Vat.II they're starting to look a lot like chaos. If that's the purpose, then showing more exceptions and oddly placed boxes or different font would add to the mess, which would be helpful.
