In my calendar too.  Today is Ember Saturday.  Only the 1962 calendar will have them next week as tomorrow will be the 3rd Sunday of September in the 1962 Breviary.  Pre-62, and since the year dot, tomorrow will be the 4th Sunday.
But the 20th is the 3rd sunday this year... So how can it be the 4th? This is confusing.

Yes, very confusing!  The timing of Ember Days were never absolutely set in stone by the Church.  If you’re fully convinced Leo is pope, then you’re free to forget about them.  You may even be an unbendable rigorist, a hypocritical Pharisee if you observe them!
For myself, I observed them this week. I go by the pre-55 calendar. That was Wednesday, yesterday, and there are about three hours left of today, Saturday.  East coast, USA.

I don't believe that Leo is Pope, but I am concerned mortal sin if the changes were legitimate if made by Pope Pius 12th.

Then go by the older dates. It’s a discipline, not a dogma.  Or you can really play it safe by observing both!  Seriously, if you’re worried, ask a traditional priest you trust and go with whatever he says.  That way, if you got it “wrong,” obedience to your spiritual advisor counts higher.

In the pre62 system the 20th is the fourth Sunday.  In the Breviary the first Sunday of the months August to November was the Sunday nearest the Kalends of the month, i.e. the first day.

So, this year, the first Sunday of September was actually 30th August (Pentecost XIV); the second Sunday 6th September (Pentecost XV); the third Sunday 13th September (Pentecost XVI).  Following the changes introduced in Rubricarum Instructum the system changed and the first Sunday of the months August to November was always the first Sunday to fall on, after, the Kalends.

The other way to work out the September Ember Days is to remember they are the Wednesday, Friday and Saturday after the feast of the Exaltation of the Cross. That was on Monday of last week so, traditionally, the Ember Days followed.  However, if using the 1962 rubrics the Ember Days will be the first full week after the Exaltation as 'Pax Vobis' explained above.
