SSPX tries to tell judges to "Strike Comments" from the court proceedings, but judges refuse. It seems they can't take / won't accept responsibility...
All this now is hitting the fan...:(
    Prayers for anyone affected +

  • So they're getting sued over VanderPutten now?  That was 25 years ago, and the Vatican even defrocked that guy (in 2005 I think).  Or is that just Niles attempting to re-invent her grifting career after the collapse of Church Militant?  I'm 100% certain that Niles knew about Voris' recidivism into sodomy LONG before she resigned over it, likely many months if not a year.  I wonder where her investigation in to Voris was and her protection of children that might under threat from Voris.

I find it incredibly disturbing that "Fr." John Fullerton was silencing VanderPutten's victims by telling them it would be detraction to say anything.  Did they gloss over some basic moral theology in their classes there about how not only is there no detraction, but that you even have a serious obligation to reveal things if there's a threat to others?

And this is the guy the heretic "Fr." Paul Robinson declares an authority on the validity of Conciliar Orders, that we're told to trust ... when he can't be trusted about such a basic matter as when there's no sin of detraction in certain cases.

But the worst part is that Fullerton has been rewarded by being re-appointed as District Superior.

The necessity of Scandal, FSSPX version

Faced with the multiplication of scandals, the Society of St. Pius X changes its communication: the scandal would be necessary, Bible in hand. Understand: it's normal, everything is fine.

    8/11/2025 3 min read

As a new wave of heat hits Western Europe, the SSPX knocks us out with its doctrine rather than staying cool. The lesson of the day: "The necessity of scandal", by Abbé Pierre-Marie Laurençon. As a former superior of the district of France, we have a real expert in the field.

We share with you some of the definitions mentioned by the good  Father Laurençon:

"...scandal is an “immoral, unjust and revolting fact” and then adding to it the application that the Catechism makes of it: “which provides the neighbor an occasion for spiritual ruin”."

    ************************
This definition is not, however, the one applied by the predators of the SSPX since, when they haltingly recognize their abuses (understand r*pe, abuse, violence, manipulations), they 'regret the scandals [that they] have caused'. Father Laurençon's first omission.

Omission that takes on the air of justification when, a few lines after, we are explained that
    **********************

(Fr. Camel):"the betrayals of the faithful and the prelates who are lukewarm or wicked... the upsetting vicissitudes of this (situation of the Church) are not a scandal for our faith in love".
    *********************************

Words of Father Camel, reference of the 20th century for our friends of the Fraternity, and their satellites of Fanjeaux, which are at the heart of the news.

If you are scandalized by these words, rest assured, Father Laurençon understands you:
    **************************************
"Unfortunately, this second explanation [Note 1] of Father Camel only corresponds too much to the news that reveals the turpitudes of those who (and even in our own ranks!) profane their priesthood and their consecration to God by abusing the youth odiously. We can find here something to console and comfort the painful victims of such misdeeds by obviously presenting them the argument in a timely and well-adapted way to special cases."

    ************************************
We have been working as a collective for 3 years, and for some of us more than ten years, with victims, and we have never seen anyone comforted by the "necessity for scandal" once his life is broken by those who are supposed to train, accompany, mentor young boys and girls. This approach, truly scandalous, shows us that the SSPX is still very far from having perceived the stakes and the seriousness of the acts of its priests.

Reader, rest assured, the (...)answer to our accusing words: "that the one who has never sinned throw the first stone" recalls the article. The demand for an "immediate" punishment, hear :the defrocation and the putting out of harm's way, that is to say: in prison, of child r*pists, must be "moderate" according to the former district superior!

We are regularly interviewed, by the faithful, journalists, people who discover the universe of the Society of Saint Pius X. We are asked whether we are seeing any changes in the way the SSPX is acting. This article shows us that there is no concrete change in spirit.

The Fraternity indicate that they have a Charter. No one has ever seen it.
In this publication on the 'La Porte Latine',[.com], we talk of preventing recidivism. Not very effective. Ask P*, C*, P*,  A*, M*, R*d and their hundreds of victims. sɛҳuąƖ abuse is so ubiquitous that the Wikipedia page on abuse in the SSPX is almost as long as the one about the Church of France!

In the light of these elements, we will continue to be outraged, with our "movements of vindictiveness". It is they who have uprooted, and put out of harm's way, a small part of the aggressors who, even today, say Mass, give the catechism and receive confessions. No pseudo-theological explanation will stop this fight.
    The End.
