I'd heavily consider a shroud. I just wish us Latins had beautiful burial shrouds like the Greeks do. This shroud here costs less than 30 bucks and is still very beautiful.

I was referring to the full-body shroud, where you are wrapped up, and buried freely to the earth, in lieu of having a coffin.
You start going back to the earth, from whence you came,
very fast. I'd be perfectly good with that.
That is why small crushed rocks and pebbles are put on top of the grave in some cultures. It's to obscure the fact that nature has taken its course, and caused the ground above you to sink.
Needless to say, you can't do this with a mausoleum crypt.
