How would he like it if I called Bp. Kelley "Mr. Kelley" or Bp Doran "Mr. Doran"?  Especially if it was on his forum? I wouldn't last 5 minutes. 

I'm just doing what literally every other person would do in my position -- including Bocca Della Verit.
