What false advertising and deceptive trade practices? The Dimond brothers have never hidden the fact that they are not a Benedictine order recognized by Rome. Eric Hoyle knew this and knew that the Dimonds are sedevacantists, so the Judge made the right decision in siding with the Dimond brothers.
If anything, this should dissuade someone from being a Feeneyite.
Thats the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. One has nothing to do with the other. Also, if one doesn't hold to the strict understanding of EENS(No Salvation Outside the Catholic Church), then one is a modernist and not really a Catholic at all.
