DID I ALMOST GET MY LOCAL CHURCH BACK?

    • Refresher

    We were using our local country catholic church whenever St. Pius X Society priests were kind enough to travel the 17hrs to have mass for us and this lasted 5yrs.

    New priest, new bishop and after several emails with the bishop we were given neither a NO or a YES. Despite there own admittance to the Ecuмenical Directory which allows PRIESTS, MINISTERS, or COMMUNITES  NOT (NOT!) IN FULL COMMUNION WITH THE CATHOLIC CHURCH THESE RELIGIOUS MAY USE OUR CHURCH??????????

    So this evening I get a reply from the archbishops office who had some weird interfaith gal department handle this. Basically thanks for your inquiry but we don't handle the diocese that your in.

    My stubborn and persistent nature will pick at this sore until I get the fair answer I seek.

    Any suggestions appreciated and the one about FORGET IT wont really work as this is the church (AT LEAST IN NAME) that our entire family is taught to love and honor, respect and obey and its really easy to feel betrayed and angered by these MORONS!

    Man these guys sure know how to PASS THE BUCK! I think I will become the Persistent Widow and see If I can get my way.

    Shall keep you updated on the situation.

    It would be lovely if you could pretend to be a Protestant and if they would be willing to have your "congregation" be present to join in prayer together to share in "love and joy" the Christian faith together with Catholics. If you would record it, that would be awesome!

    I should try and see if I can do that in my own "diocese."

    • Your diocese is your enemy.  Find your own place, home, rent a place like a funeral home, school, rec center.  Find your own niche.
