  • In spite of having a safe and holy place to go to Cardinal Pell's car was followed all the way to his refuge by a helicopter, and since has driven out by these evil tormentors.

Yes, please do not let up your prayers for Cardinal Pell. May God protect him and grant him peace.

Thank you for those posts, Donkath. Good to see Prof Greg Craven put that journo back in her box.

  • We hear that an amount of €700,000 was transfered from the Vatican to a bank in Australia in the leadup to the ++ Pell trial.

The saga of Vatican financial corruption took an extraordinary turn last night, when Italian newspaper Il Messaggero quoted the former right-hand man to disgraced Cardinal Angelo Becciu (Msgr Alberto Perlasca) claiming a bank transfer of 700,000 euros was made from the Vatican to a bank in Australia.

  • Bolt's Christmas wish:

Here’s what I’d like for Christmas. A big, fat sorry. A sorry that proves our institutions regret spreading one of the most vicious falsehoods of our time - the false claim that Cardinal George Pell was a pedophile.

    AND

Headline from today's The Australian Newspaper

"In His wisdom," says St. Gregory, "almighty God preferred rather to bring good out of evil than never allow evil to occur."

  • Cardinal Pell: My time in jail ‘was a gift and a grace’
'I'd have to hasten to add that I still regret that it happened,' the Australian cardinal continued.
