  • I do not discern that he ever obtained a valid election so he does not qualify as a pope materialiter.
    .

Interesting. Why would his election be any different from his predecessors?

Well, for one thing, there was the whole St. Gallen mafia collusion thing that violated Wojtyla's docuмent about the papal election, wherein the latter stated that collusion would render the election null and void.  That does make sense.  I don't, however, buy that Ratzinger never resigned, i.e. the Bennyvacantist position.

  • Yes, you'll find that His Holiness Ladislaus won't allow anyone to stray too far from what he believes is the truth. He rules here.

You people really are deranged ... as if I have the authority to allow or disallow anything here.

Bottom line is that when mental midgets are incapable of refuting the arguments I lay out, you somehow interpret that as "not allowing you" to hold an opposite position, simply because you're not intellectually equipped to refute anything.

This is such a bizarre menality where you interpret the irrefutability of my arguments as my somehow having "control" or authority or "ruling".  If  I did RULE around here, I would have banned you and IndultScat here a long time ago, since neither of you contribute anything positive to the forum.  But, alas, contrary to your allegations, I have no such authority or rule, and am in no position to disallow your inane absurdly idiotic posts.

Either way Bergoglio's election is invalid -- If Ratzinger's abdication (really surrendering of his position as Pope-Elect) was valid, Bergoglio's election was invalid for violating Universi Dominici gregis (1996). If Ratzinger's abdication (again, really surrender of his election) was invalid, then the 2013 Conclave itself was illegitimate and any election emerging from that gathering would be invalid. Adding to that Bergoglio's manifest heresy prior to 2013, one may question if Bergoglio were even eligible for election. This might also be applied to Wojtyła and Luciani, Monitini and Roncalli.

So, you're in the same boat as I, sedeprivationist in principle but in application to Bergoglio, he's not material pope either.
