So, at one point EWTN became uncomfortable with Vigano constantly referring to Francis as just "Bergoglio".  So they inserted "[Pope]" in the transcript.

    Quote
How can [Pope] Bergoglio, and the Secretariat of State that depends on him, pretend to appear impartial when McCarrick went to the Vatican with an abnormal frequency?

I have not once yet read of Vigano referring to Bergoglio as "Pope".  And I believe that I recall one mention of "Francis".  But he almost exclusively refers to him pejoratively as just Bergoglio. I'm waiting for him to just call him Jorge (per his request).

  • I noticed the same. In fact, I reviewed abp Vigano letters from past few months and there was only one or two occurrences of using a "pope" title directly or indirectly.

However, I still wonder about the 4 parts piece by Randy Engel https://akacatholic.com/a-rebuttal-to-carlo-vigano-on-the-nienstedt-case/

  • This quote from the article:

" . . .the full truth is that Cardinal McCarrick is a third-generation ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ predator, the first and second generation of leaders in this particular line being ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ Cardinal Francis Spellman of New York and his successor, ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ Cardinal Terence Cooke. This means that Viganò timetable is hopelessly flawed, as the rise of the ɧoɱosɛҳųαƖ network in the Roman Catholic Church dates back almost 100 years . . ."

Like all of us, Archbishop Vigano is a work-in-progress. Certainly he has come a long way in a short time and can be forgiven for not having read Randy Engel decades ago.

Not to mention that EWTN and Raymond Arroyo are part of the deep state newChurch.
"Some preachers will keep silence about the truth, and others will trample it underfoot and deny it. Sanctity of life will be held in derision even by those who outwardly profess it, for in those days Our Lord Jesus Christ will send them not a true Pastor but a destroyer."  St. Francis of Assisi

The condition for a true forgiveness includes making a restitution.
