As for the legal loopholes, I have no formal education in Canon Law, so I can hardly critique the canonist.  I will say, however, that he is only one canonist, and Rome has their canonists, too.  I'll bet they're not idiot, either.

   Never heard of anything so complicated or so specific for any faithful to understand the rules...if they are excommunicated from the Conciliar church or not. Maybe 1,0**,*** emα ils to Card. Fe rnαndez to beg him to clarify if one is being cast in eternαl f*re would speed the process.
Are only adults excoed?  If not, we will see kids 7 -8 year olds scrambling to contact the highest authorities and research their status, and reconfessing (it is demanded btw.) their sins to a modernist priest... Quick! someone make a satirical video.  Three years probation extra condition! :facepalm::facepalm: :sleep:

Anyone who chooses authority over truth is a FOOL.

Why were they given authority by God? For the Faith. To protect and promote the truth.

Their authority exists for the sake of the truth, not vice-versa.
