Besides all the legal holes, what we have here is: members of the true Church of Christ being declared out of communion with members of the false conciliar church. Yes, your eminence, we have two religions here. 'You are correct, we are not in communion with you. We remain always in communion with "Eternal Rome", as Archbishop Lefebvre described.' Too bad the SSPX pretended to be back in communion with the false conciliar church to the point that they had to be declared out of communion with it.
